Founding Story

The journey began in 2011 when Adam Bensman sat down in his very first interview with a roofing company. Within a short twenty minutes, the company who wanted to hire Adam began boasting about their “clever” business practices that were outright fraudulent. Adam quickly realized the level of deception in the roofing industry. Even after Adam aligned himself with a value-driven organization, he was ashamed to tell people he worked in roofing for fear of being lumped into “one of the bad guys.” Over the next decade, Adam Bensman set out on a mission to transform the industry which was only made possible by aligning with like-minded souls…

Membership Requirements

The Roofing STRONG Alliance by TAMKO™ community is an application-only organization. Our Members go through an interview and screening process before admission. All members are required to uphold our STRONG values. As a self-policing organization, Member violations of our values or code of conduct are taken seriously, and in rare cases, a Member will be permanently removed.
